* Any inconvenience with your Credit Card processing transaction will be notified and your prompt reply is requested in order to get a successful charge approval and consequently a firm reservation.
* We can not guarantee a reservation until we get a Credit Card transaction approval code.
Any change or cancellation on your reservation schedule must be sent via e-mail to reservations@BaldiCostaRica.com with at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.
Please notice that all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card at the time of the booking request.
* Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa will charge a deposit equal to the amount of 50% of the stay. The Credit Card will be automatically charged with this deposit at the time of the reservation.
* Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your Credit Card is invalid , has been declined or presents any inconvenience at the time of processing the transaction. * Reservations made without a guaranteed Credit Card will be automatically released.
* Reductions, Cancellations and No Shows are 100% penalized.
