2010 On Line Rates

Per Night on Single or Double Occupancy:

2- Luxulex Rooms (2 Queen Beds)	$199.00

• Rates could be changed without notification.
• Reservations can be made with or without buying the package.
• All rates are payable in US Dollars and taxes in 13% are included.

3. Dinner

• Unlimited access and use of the entire complex during the stay ($52.00 Couple Cost/day).
• Rates based on single or double adult occupancy per night including children 12- yr old and older).
  • Additional Adults will pay $50.00, sales taxes fees included.
  • Additional child (ages 6-11) will be charge $35.00 with taxes fees included.
  • Additional child 5 yr old and under are free of charge if in the same room with an adult.
• Lockers are free of charge.

Charges / Deposit:

Please notice that all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card at the time of the booking request.

• Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa will charge a deposit equal to 50% of the amount of the stay. The Credit Card will be automatically charged with this deposit at the time of the reservation.
• Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your Credit Card is invalid, has been declined or presents any inconvenience at the time of processing the transaction. We need to be contacted if there is any change in your Credit Card information to Reservations@BaldiCostaRica.com
• Reservations made without a guaranteed Credit Card will be automatically released.
• Reductions, Cancellations and No Shows are 100% penalized.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies:

Any change, modification or cancellation on your reservation schedule must be sent via e-mail to reservations@BaldiCostaRica.com with at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival.

General Policies & Restrictions:

• Different rates and policies apply over the High Season and Easter week.
• Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: 12:00 Noon
• Payment must be received at the time of booking confirmation. Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa will process 50% of the payment to your Credit Card at this time and 50% at checking-in.
• Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa would cancel the reservations if the Credit Card used is Invalid, has been Declined or presents any inconvenience at the time of processing the transaction.

Maximum Occupancy Per Room Category:

1- Luxulex	2 Adults + 2 Children or 4 Adults
2- Luxor Suites	2 Adults + 1 Child or 3 Adults
	(an extra mattress added )

• Guest 12 and older pays as an adult.
• Children rates apply for 6 to 12 yr old.
